In the unlikely event that an item should need to be returned, please ensure it comes back to us via Signed For postage; in the original packaging and in the condition originally received. Refunds will not be given for items damaged on arrival, so please pack with the same level of protection as delivered to you.

Exchanges

If an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, Hordern Richmond will pay all postage costs for the return and exchange.
